I had the worst side effects including fatigue, diarrhea, joint cephalexin 500 mg four times a day three, and muscle aches, bloated small intestines.

Day I noticed a change in my bowel habit. Was not concerned until day 6 when I noticed more blood and urgency to go more to the bathroom not for the UTI. I stopped taking it due to the blood, frequency of bathroom intakes, cephalexin 500 mg four times a day three abdominal pain, severe diaherra, lose of appetite and dehydration.
It worked great for the UTI but more info so well with the side effects. I would not reccoemnd unless you got a severe case of an uti.
